DAYTIME with KICH and KAROLE
AT NIGHT with EDNA and OLI plus JAYSON our photographer

To be fair on all Buffet series, it is a mandate to try them on different time as to provide which is good or even better. As for BANZAI, I’ve tried weekday lunch, weekday dinner, weekend lunch and of course weekend dinner. The best time for me was the Friday Dinner, they have the parade of geisha, samurai and all that fire blazing, knife throwing performance of the chefs minus the kids crying and running since FRIDAY is mostly a night out with friends.

DAYTIME
NIGHTIME

THE MENU

The Teppanyaki Station
It’s the main feature of the whole place, assorted seafood, beef misono, pork and beef teppan (available in Dinner only) are freshly cooked and served in this area. They refill them even before you see the last piece taken away. =)

Sushi, Sashimi, and Roll Station
Feast your eyes, colors and flavors rolled into a masterpiece of one mouthful goodness. Presentation, freshness and innovation displayed in layers and layers of tray.

Pizza Station, Takoyaki and Kaniyaki
Try the Japanese version of their pizza and add to your plate takoyaki drizzle with mayo, their sweet special sauce, and then dusted with a generous serving of bonito flakes.

Gohan, Noodles, and Ramen Station
Have a prolonged life and head to the noodles station where ramen are served hot and freshly made.

Tempura and Tonkatsu Station
Well, I guess I’m speaking from experience the weekends and dinner are T_T, I really don’t like waiting for the tempura to be cooked or coming back to check if it’s already done. But hey, it’s just me… shrimp tempura is everybody’s fave.

Roast station
All those hanging chicken and eye-catching display makes you wonder and drool what it tastes like.

Dessert station
Name it, they have lots and lots of cakeeesssss, ice cream, pudding and even ice shave with its different flavors.

Drinks station
Sodas, teas and coffees are available and take as much as you can.

Banchan  (반찬 )
Korean joints always have their UNLIMITED Banchan (side dishes). Matgalne serve theirs buffet style.

The side salad with their house caesar salad dressing.

Zucchini Jeon. Hobak jeon (호박전). My first favorite among all the banchan.

Fish fillet.

Onion rings.

Banana roll.

Mushroom Jeon. My second favorite.

Pajeon (파전). Onion sprouts fried with flour and egg
.
Fried potato.

Papaya fruit. Their staple fruit.

Fried octopus tentacles.

All greens. Lettuce, cabbage and pechay.

Sweetened kamote (sweet potato) with sesame seeds. Their version of our kamote sticks.

Stir-fried pork. Commonly known as jeyuk bokkeum (제육볶음). My third favorite. Sometimes it is replaced by Spicy Octopus =)

Chapchae. Sweet glass noodles with various veggies.

White Radish Kimchi or Dongchimi (동치미)

Kimchi (napa cabbage)

Seasoned radish with sesame seeds.

Kimbap. Seaweed Rice roll.

Bean sprouts. Don't worry about the pepper flakes it's not as spicy as it looks.
Pumpkin Soup and Seaweed Soup is always available at the other side. Fried Rice is also offered beside the soup.

Seasoned chicken (sweet and savory). As far as I remember, they only serve this during dinner but it’s been awhile since I’ve last visited during lunch time.

Soondubu Jjige (두부찌개) @ Three Hundred Php but can be availed @ One Hundred Fifty Php when you are already on buffet menu. It literally means Soft tofu stew and consists of kimchi, clams, egg and gochujang(red chili paste).

The Side Story...

We always go here when we want comfort food. =) And oh, they still offer the 10% discount when you post a picture on FB account individually. You can literally spot our faces on that page. Remember to put TIP for your servers since they don’t have service charge and lastly, ENJOY!!!
